With a drive to succeed, Haylee Schwartz has grown into an accomplished real estate broker. She has experience in all facets of the business, beginning her real estate career over eight years ago as the assistant to a top producer in the North Shore, then working for a developer who builds luxury condos in the city before joining @properties Christie’s International Real Estate.

She is most proud of having increased her business by 130% from 2021 to 2022. Schwartz attributes her success to keeping her clients’ best interests in mind. “I want my clients to feel confident in their real estate decisions,” she says.

With experience that spans new construction and resale, in both the city and North Shore, Schwartz takes a data-driven approach to real estate that serves buyers and sellers alike. “I always sit down with my first-time buyer and seller clients in person to explain the process in detail and provide market data, so they feel as prepared as possible,” she says. “For experienced buyers, I provide the market data so they know the current trends we’re seeing.” Experienced sellers also receive market data and a comprehensive marketing strategy to help them sell for the highest price in the shortest amount of time.

Clients, most of whom come to Schwartz as referrals or repeat business, appreciate her communicative style that results in a stress-free experience. In addition, her familiarity with a wide range of home types and price points puts clients at ease. “I’ve sold homes that are not yet built, based on floor plans; homes that are over 100 years old; and homes from $100,000 to over $1,000,000,” she shares.

Away from real estate, Schwartz serves on the Visions Board of the Israel Cancer Research Fund, a nonprofit that funds grants for leading scientists in Israel to research, treat and beat cancer.
