Full service is an understatement when it comes to Chicago agent Ali Lerner. She has a relentless commitment to fulfilling and exceeding her clients’ unique wants and needs, and she’s always trying to find new ways to go above and beyond for her buyers and sellers. She sees other agents as potential future collaborators, rather than competitors, and she has a knack for interior design and DIY projects.

Lerner grew up in Northbrook and has lived in Deerfield with her husband, son and daughter for nearly a decade. They’re a very active family, so she’s always keeping up with events and offerings in the community and neighboring suburbs. “I consider it my responsibility, as a respected agent, to have a pulse on different markets,” she says.

In 2022, Lerner earned the Five Star Professional Award for the fourth consecutive year of her seven-year career. She was also named Sheridan Road Magazine’s Power Woman 2022.

“My motivation is fueled by the current and future happiness of my clients, rather than on any paycheck,” she says. “I feel forever bonded to my clients. Knowing that I played an instrumental role in making their dreams come true is absolutely priceless.”

Outside of work, Lerner is on the Young Professionals Board for the Brain Research Foundation. She also volunteers with local organizations, including Families Helping Families Chicagoland.

While Lerner is not currently part of a team, she would love to build and be a part of an epic team in the future.
