For the Gina Guarino Group, real estate is truly a family affair. This mother-and-sons real estate team is backed by 32 years of experience in Indiana and Illinois from leader Gina Guarino, who says family trust really does make a difference. “We collaborate every day and can literally finish each other’s sentences,” she shares.

At age 16, Guarino began helping her mother with her real estate brokerage. Relocating over the state line to St. John, Indiana, in the mid 90s, Gina Guarino started her own business. After countless transactions throughout the years, she’s known among her clients as the “Queen of Real Estate.” She says her clients are always confident during their real estate dealings, because they know their needs will be put first regardless of their price point.

For Dominic and Joey Guarino, real estate began as summertime employment at the family business. However, as they’ve grown into seasoned agents, they’ve become team-leading partners to their proud mother. “They plan on continuing the legacy for many years to come,” she says.

In 2019, the group expanded to Southwest Florida. While their main focus is on Indiana and Illinois, they are able to extend confidence to their clients when buying or selling in an unfamiliar area. Down there Gina Guarino recently affiliated with John R. Wood Properties Christie’s International Real Estate, on 5th Ave in downtown Naples.

The GGG in Northwest Indiana also has recently joined forces with the McColly Real Estate brokerage in Schererville. Beyond appreciative for all the years of community support she has received, Guarino says the transition is a collaboration of unmatchable resources, along with countless years of local experience, to share with all of the team’s amazing clients.
