Making luxury a lifestyle, one home at a time, is Connie Antoniou’s mission in life. As global real estate adviser for Jameson Sotheby’s in Illinois and Mahler Sotheby’s in Wisconsin, Antoniou has been advocating for her clients for more than 35 years. “I’ve been proud to own and operate two Sotheby’s offices, selling and renting luxury homes to high-profile clients,” she says. Her clients have included Chicago Blackhawks players and coaches, along with prominent Chicago entrepreneurs and executives.
From her 22-year tenure in the highly competitive Hinsdale market to her achievements as senior vice president of sales in Barrington and her real estate ventures in Lake Geneva, Antoniou’s career has been nothing less than stellar. She is consistently ranked in the top tier of Chicagoland agents and named No. 1 in volume among Barrington Sotheby’s agents.
“I deliver concierge-level, white-glove service,” explains Antoniou. “I leverage my local and global connections, including several invitation-only networking and referral groups and the exclusive Golf Life Navigators group, to find one-of-a-kind luxury residences.” Properties she represents have been featured in publications such as Mansion Global, The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Agent Magazine, Crain’s Chicago Business, the Little Blue Book for Golfers and more. “My relationships with my clients don’t end at the closing table,” she adds. “I have a strong sense of community that drives me to help homeowners adjust to their new neighborhoods, make friends and settle in.”
Antoniou has served on the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors board and has been a member of the Illinois Realtors Professional Standards Committee since 2013. She is a Certified International Property Specialist and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, among other designations. She is also the first and only woman to serve on the Wynstone Golf Club Board.
Born in Iowa, Antoniou is the daughter of Greek-American parents whose families made their living in the movie business. She has dined with Hollywood icons such as Sylvester Stallone and Kevin Costner. An avid horse show competitor in her youth, she enjoys riding horses as well as playing golf.
