Ana Garcia, Home Lending Adviser

JP Morgan Chase & Co.

Ana Garcia strives to be relatable to her clients and prizes honesty and a sense of fun above all other virtues. “I don’t ever want my clients to feel like they’re talking with an automated service,” she says. “This business has its ups and downs, but I have fun and enjoy what I do. I want my clients to feel as if they can relate to me. In this business, you have to have fun and enjoy what you do to make sure you perform at your best.”

For 11 years, Garcia has risen to the top of her profession, four times winning JP Morgan Chase’s National Achiever award (2018-2022). Specializing in FHA, conventional and Chase’s DreaMaker loans, she strives to continually increase her knowledge base. Garcia believes that the more information she can offer her clients about the programs available to them, the better. “My goal is to ensure my community has all the resources available to them when purchasing their first home, second home or even investment properties,” says Garcia. “I believe that is what makes me different from other home lending advisers in the business.”

She attributes her success to being thorough and efficient in all her transactions. Her clients also appreciate Garcia’s direct, hard-working style and extraordinary customer service. “Once a client shows interest in buying or refinancing, they know that from the beginning I will treat them like family,” she shares. “Clients have mentioned that they love working with me because I do what is best for them and not what is best for me or for the company.” Rather than focusing on closing the transaction and quickly moving on to the next, Garcia wants her clients to know that she is with them every step of the way to guide them and answer their questions. “Long after the loan closes,” she adds, “my clients know I will be there for them.”

Not willing to rest on her laurels, Garcia is always striving to improve. “My goal is to continue being a JP Morgan National Achiever, and every year be better than the year before.”
