Christine Rodriguez, Real Estate Broker

COMPASS

A born-and-raised Chicagoan, Christine Rodriguez considers herself a Chicago expert. Her vast knowledge of Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods comes from decades of living and working in the Windy City. Growing up in Oak Park instilled an interest in design and architecture in Rodriguez from an early age. Now, as a real estate broker at COMPASS, she uses her knowledge and passion to educate clients, acting as their resource for up-to-date market information and insightful tips. “I am constantly looking for new ways to be creative and educate myself in an ever-evolving market so that I may set up my clients for the next chapter of their lives,” she says.

Rodriguez serves a variety of clients but specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers. She stresses the importance of communicating with clients to understand their goals and preferences going into one of the most important purchases they will ever make. She maintains a proactive relationship with clients, reassuring and supporting them through every step of the homebuying process. Her past work experience in the hospitality industry taught Rodriguez how to put clients at ease and help them feel secure and relaxed. “I am their biggest supporter, and they know I am always happy to answer any questions,” she shares. “Having mutual trust and seeing how excited my clients are is what gives me joy and fuels me every day.” Rodriguez meets many clients through her social media presence—as well as through her friendly dog’s interactions with neighbors.

Rodriguez faced many challenges in 2023, but she says her biggest professional accomplishment was managing several simultaneous listings and accepting offers in a two-week timeframe, despite the competitive market. She is proud to report that throughout the whirlwind, she maintained client satisfaction. Rodriguez spends her free time with family and friends on the lake, trying new restaurants and walking her dog along the riverwalk.
