A longtime entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in marketing and business development, Cadey O’Leary decided nine years ago to leverage her talents and interests into a career serving clients in a highly personal realm of their lives. “Where we live is a reflection of who we are,” says O’Leary.

Earlier this year, O’Leary decided to pursue a personal and professional reset and spent February working remotely in Grayton Beach, Florida — a place special for her family and her. She’s expanding her focus and network of real estate partnerships to serve her clients along this eclectic, beautiful stretch of the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida.
In 2022, O’Leary’s dedication yielded sales of $56 million, including the near-sellout of a premier new condo development she helped design and is marketing, as well as the expansion of her team, enhancing the level of care and service for her clients. Last year she earned numerous accolades, including securing her position among the top five producers in her company and earning a spot among America’s top 1.5% of award-winning brokers.
