For 18 years, eXp Realty’s Kevin Kelly has served clients in Chicago and the surrounding neighborhoods. He’s also licensed in the state of Florida. Specializing in single-family homes, condos and townhomes, he works primarily with real estate buyers and sellers, property-management clients and Realtors expanding their businesses. His team also utilizes technology to greatly benefit their clients. “I could help people buy, sell, invest and manage homes anywhere in the United States,” he states.
Kelly is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Sanibel-Captiva Realtor Association and Royal Palm Coast Association in Southwest Florida. He is president of his homeowners’ association on Sanibel Island, an area directly hit by Hurricane Ian, a Category 5 hurricane, in 2022. His 18 years of experience are allowing him to serve his Florida community on a $10 million rebuild. He has applied his talents in finance and real estate renovations and his general real estate background to serve his neighbors.
With Kelly, service is everything and he credits that mindset to why he’s risen to the top of the industry. When working with clients, he follows the Golden Rule. “I treat each client exactly how I’d like to be treated. The transaction is never about me,” he insists. “I always place my client’s needs first.” Clients describe him as “very attentive, warm, friendly and optimistic.” Real estate transactions “carry a level of uncertainty and stress,” he explains. “Always being available and accessible to communicate throughout the process gives my clients peace of mind.”
Serving others and giving back are the foundation of Kelly’s life. “I enjoy helping people, and real estate has been my vehicle to help and serve others,” he relates. This plays out in his personal life, too. He graduated from Liberty University with a master’s degree in Christian ministry in 2022. “I take great joy in sharing the Gospel with other people,” he shares. In addition, he has partnered with Shield 616 to provide Chicago police officers with rifle-proof vests and Bibles. Real Estate has given me a platform to give back.
