For Nafisa Muradova, clients aren’t just clients—they’re an extension to her family. “My motivation is to make my clients happy and be a trusted advisor for them. I tell my clients not what they want to hear, but what they need to hear,” she says. “I understand that real estate could be one of their biggest investments. Therefore, I work hard for their best interests.”
Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker, Muradova worked in marketing with one of the largest nationwide brokerages. “I transitioned my career into real estate because I always loved working with people and connecting and building relationships with them. Real estate is a perfect industry that incorporates all those aspects,” she says. “The idea of building something big, meeting new people, and helping with one of the most important decisions in their lives makes me happy.”
With skills in negotiating, data analysis, and relationship-building, Muradova strives to be attentive to her clients’ every need. She builds an experience for them, based on their needs, their personality, and their lifestyle. “I’m a connector,” she shares. “I want them to enjoy working with me and be a resource for them whether they need a plumber, a dog walker, or a good restaurant. My relationship with clients is very important to me, and it’s not over after the transaction closes.”
Muradova was named Rookie of the Year by the Chicago Association of Realtors in her first year as a realtor, and hasn’t slowed down since. “Real estate requires a lot of work,” she says, mentioning that her work ethic is the one thing that sets her apart. “Since you’re building your own business and creating your own schedule, hard work and consistency are essential parts of the success.”
