Aaron Masliansky, Real Estate Agent

Dream Town Realty

For the last 11 years, Aaron Masliansky has immersed himself in the world of residential real estate, with a specific emphasis on his community, Skokie-Evanston.

After earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in urban planning, Masliansky cultivated his interest in property development, working for a developer for many years. Now an agent with Dream Town, he specializes in residential sales in Skokie, Evanston and surrounding areas.

Masliansky has built a solid reputation in the industry. “They say that I am patient, knowledgeable, quick to respond and not pushy,” he says. He credits his success with his ability to understand people and meet their needs. “I have a vast knowledge of construction and development, which differentiates me from people who don’t have that background,” he says.

Masliansky has received accolades for his real estate prowess, having been named a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors in 2019, Entrepreneur of the Year by the North Shore of Illinois Women’s Council of Realtors and the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors’ Affiliate of the Year in 2015. He has also established global real estate networks and is proud to be the current chairman of the Global Real Estate Council for the Chicago Association of Realtors.

Masliansky is not just an award-winning Realtor, but also a star podcast host. He established two podcasts, “The Real Estate Diplomat” and “Inside the Skev,” which was featured in the Chicago Tribune and has over 100 recorded episodes. Since launching the show, which allowed him to interview local community leaders and business owners, Masliansky has made “Skevanston” a household name for residents of these communities. The show has also given Masliansky an expansive network of the area’s most influential leaders.

If he’s not keeping up with market and global trends, Masliansky can be found volunteering with the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center, and Rotary International. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and college sweetheart, Stacey, and their two children, Joey and Sophia.
