Genuine and optimistic, Priti Patel delivers results with a personal touch. “My business style is to be transparent,” says Patel, a broker associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago specializing in buyers, sellers and investors within the city and the north and northwestern suburbs. “I develop a rapport with my clients first so they can fully trust me to help them navigate the transaction.”
Stressing the importance of communication, Patel notes that she’s bilingual which has allowed her to help many first time buyers who need extra guidance. With all of her clients, she’s clear about constant communication and setting up their expectations from the start to prepare them for the entire process.
Growing up, Patel was immersed in her family’s real estate and hospitality business, learning the importance of customer satisfaction and relationship-building from a young age. Despite having an education in Information Systems, Patel was drawn back to real estate, first as an investor before committing to the industry full time in 2019. “I was focusing on researching potential investments more than my actual work,” she says. “That was when I knew it was time to get licensed.”
A native of Chicago and a long time resident of the Chicago area, Patel lived in the city for nine years and the suburban areas for 13. “I love immersing myself in different neighborhoods and getting to know their histories and finding my new favorite shops and restaurants,” she says, adding how her knowledge of every district enables her to direct her clients to the neighborhood that would best fit their lifestyle.
In 2020, Patel was awarded the Trailblazer Award from the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago Group. A year later, she was inducted into the Leading Edge Society for placing among the top 12% of agents nationally. Over the course of her four year career, she’s built a referral-based business through former clients and her network.
Patel supports RefugeeOne, a Chicago based organization.
