Flannery’s aha moment happened after a negative real estate experience. “I realized that luxury North Shore homeowners needed a real estate agent who treated clients’ homes like an important part of the homeowners’ investment portfolio,” she recalls. “Moreover, their unique homes needed professional marketing to set them apart.”

When not helping clients navigate real estate, she can be found helping her community through her work on the University of Chicago Cancer Research Foundation Auxiliary Board, collecting donations for the local food pantry and spending time with her family.
