He also possesses specialized experience working with those relocating and dealing in rentals, new construction, and luxury real estate. Focused on marketing, Menoni utilizes virtual staging and content creation platforms along with social media, which he capitalizes upon to stay at the forefront of his sphere of influence with informative, engaging content. A Logan Square resident for many years, Menoni now resides in Portage Park. He enjoys cooking, traveling, music and sports and looks forward to marrying his fiancée in September.
