The 15 agents of the Lowe Group with Compass have lived and worked in the Chicago neighborhoods they serve for years, each bringing their unique perspective to clients looking to find their own place in Chicago.

Founded by broker Jeff Lowe, the Lowe Group specializes in new-construction developments, single-family homes and condominium resales. They have been named the No. 1 group in Chicago — and the entire state of Illinois — in closed residential sales volume since 2014, including over $298 million in volume in 2020 and over $398 million in 2021.

Over the past 10 years, the members of the Lowe Group have been top producers in the Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Bucktown neighborhoods, but their market spans all of Chicagoland. Lowe’s personal business philosophy is quite simple: He believes in effective marketing, personal service, consistent communication and, most importantly, hard work.

As a respected broker with over 20 years of experience, Lowe has extensive knowledge of the Chicago market and utilizes that knowledge by effectively negotiating hundreds of transactions a year on behalf of his clients. As a result, the majority of his existing home sales are generated through previous clients and referral business. Ultimately, Lowe aspires to achieve his clients’ goals while keeping them informed and making the process as stress-free as possible.

In addition to selling real estate, Lowe is actively involved in numerous philanthropic efforts throughout the city, including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago and the Greater Chicago Food Depository. He resides in Bucktown with his wife and three daughters.
