After 25 years in real estate, Anne Ewasko has learned to navigate all types of markets.
“There is never a problem too big that cannot be solved,” insists Ewasko, a top-producing broker and team lead of LUX HOME CHICAGO, @properties Christie’s International Real Estate.
Exemplifying diversity, Ewasko leads a multilingual team that assists a global client base, helping buyers, sellers and investors understand how the transaction process works in Chicago — it differs across the globe. The team, comprised of brokers Lina Lee, Amy Pearson and Heather Zhou, specializes in the city and Naperville. Between the four of them, they speak Korean, Mandarin, Italian and Cantonese.
Born in Korea, Lee made the switch from corporate cosmetic sales to real estate after witnessing the struggles people new to the country were having trying to navigate the city’s complex real estate market.
“She is the perfect bridge for people who are new to the city or have never bought a home in the U.S. before,” Ewasko says.
Pearson is focused on Naperville — the town she grew up in — and the west suburbs. An expert on her sales territory, she lived in numerous downtown Chicago neighborhoods before returning to her hometown to raise a family. Pearson honestly cares about her clients and does everything she can to ensure a successful transaction.
Zhou grew up in China, holds degrees in finance and accounting, and has been living in Chicago for many years. An expert negotiator, she is able to put seemingly impossible deals together and make clients happy.
Honest and straightforward, Ewasko leads clients to sound decision-making without sugarcoating anything. By providing them with all the facts, she earns their trust and appreciation.
A 20-year member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio, Ewasko also belongs to Luxury Home Institute’s Million Dollar Guild and writes “TECHnically Speaking,” a nationally syndicated column for Chicago Agent magazine.
