Lisa Rosengard, a Realtor for @properties, is a lifelong resident of the greater Chicago area, including the North Shore, Gold Coast and River North. Lisa uses her deep knowledge of the area to find success for her clients, from the first-time homebuyer to the empty nester. “Truly, there is nothing better than living in Chicago,” Rosengard says. “Both the city and the suburbs have so much to offer. Having worked in marketing and selling media for over 25 years, Rosengard’s vast experience in sales supports her growth in the real estate industry. “Many of my skills in my past career have helped me as a Realtor, such as excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, business acumen and more,” she says.
Rosengard is described as an approachable person with a happy disposition. She has garnered most of her clientele through referrals and open houses. “I am so grateful when my clients tell their friends and family to call me,” she says. “And I love when I meet new clients from doing open houses, it is truly rewarding.”
In 2021, Rosengard earned the Road to Rolex award from @properties, closing close to $12 million in revenue, as well as making it into Homesnap’s Top 25 Percent ranking. In 2020, she was awarded the Five Star Professional Rising Star honor. She credits her success with providing her clients with resources and offering solutions. “My goal is to provide an experience that makes everyone happy,” she says. “When it’s time for business, you can be sure that I will keep us on task.”
Squeezing in fun around her busy schedule is challenging. Family always comes first and she loves spending time with her husband, Michael; daughter, Jaylen; and goldendoodle, Oakley. “It’s hard to find the time, but when I can, I love to play tennis, see friends, listen to live music and travel,” she says.
