Group lead Ryan Preuett has strengths in luxury sales and development. He created his team to build upon his success in providing a turnkey solution for every client. “We have taken our proven universal principles that work in the luxury sector and have applied them to transactions of all sizes, inclusive of the first-time homebuyer,” Preuett says.
Lindsey Kennedy is Preuett’s sister and was his first hire. The siblings share a meticulous approach that helped them scale quickly. David Mitria was the next addition and served as Preuett’s right-hand in the field while Kennedy was overseeing marketing, scheduling and transaction coordination. After completing an impressive transaction with Marta Lazic, the team decided it was time to grow and added Lazic shortly after. She specializes in first-time homebuyers and fills any gaps in the team’s expansive service coverage.
The group sold over $100 million in 2021, and consistently ranks as the top-producing team at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty by volume. Preuett has been a finalist for the Chicago Agent Industry MVP in 2016, 2018 and 2021.
