People-driven realtor Frank Scaletta understands the real estate industry because he’s seen it from all sides. As a rental property owner, former house flipper and former first-time buyer, Scaletta uses his knowledge of the industry and his ten years of experience to educate his clients and get them excited about properties.
Growing up, Scaletta was taught the values of hard work and determination at an early age. He was born and raised in the Chicagoland area, and as a first-generation American, he has a passion for helping others live out their American dream.
Real estate was always something Scaletta had been interested in, and he even started to invest in real estate at the age of 20. “I had my ups and downs with the recession,” he shares. “I decided to be an agent when I came to a crossroad and realized that I didn’t really want the promotion in my past career. That was when it clicked for me.”
Scaletta is a member of the Harlem Ave Little Italy Business Association (HALIBA), as well as MREd and the Chicago Association of Realtors. He was named a top producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors every year from 2016 to 2020, and additionally was recognized as a top 2% producer by MRED and Five Star Professional.
“If I were to sum up what my clients say about me, it’s that I care,” Scaletta says. “I know it sounds cliché, but I just treat them as if I were them and give them what I would want in an agent.”
When not selling real estate, Scaletta loves to spend time with his wife of fourteen years and their three children. Additionally, he serves as a coach and mentor to new agents who become part of his team.
