“Our systems are what sets us apart from other agents,” says Listing Manager Allie Tassi. “We have a plan in place for many scenarios and can resolve any issue that arises very quickly and efficiently.” Clients appreciate that everyone on the team has a specific role to play and that they know who to call for any need.
Although all the teammates come from different backgrounds, they all share a common interest: Wanting to help clients achieve their real estate goals, build meaningful relationships with them and work in an environment that’s personally and professionally fulfilling.
“We listen and understand clients’ criteria, personalities and communication styles, and take that all into consideration so the process is tailored to them,” Tassi explains.
She is joined on the team by Enida Krdzalic, transaction coordinator; Kennedy Clement, marketing coordinator; Dan Walsh, operations concierge; Joanne Dickinson, client experience specialist; Paul Smith, lead client experience specialist; and Michael Kiggins, client experience specialist. Together they support buyers, sellers, investors, tenants and landlords, from first-time to luxury buyers, in the city and surrounding suburbs.
Within the team, there are many mentors, and everyone is encouraged to be a leader—to create a safe space for sharing ideas and encouraging each other to succeed. It’s a culture, Clement believes, that has led to the long-term, year-over-year growth of the brokerage.
The Weinberg Choi Team was founded by brokers Josh Weinberg and Tommy Choi in 2007—friends from college who share the same values and always knew they wanted to partner in a business.
