Buying and selling a home is a highly emotional process, and Sherise Glueckert is her client’s voice of reason. “There are many emotions involved in buying or selling a home,” says Glueckert, Realtor with d’aprile properties. “Managing those emotions is an instrumental part of my work. I educate clients, consistently communicate, listen closely to their wants, needs, and dreams, and remain calm throughout the duration of the process,” she says.
Her patience and passion for education makes sense, as Glueckert was a teacher prior to becoming a Realtor. “I have carried many of those skills with me into real estate including patience, organization and a dedication to service. I continue to be an educator to my clients and guide them to make the most informed decision. I want them to be clear and confident when making one of the biggest purchases of their lives.”
While Glueckert’s results-driven business model has undoubtedly contributed to her success, she also believes in the importance of making the real estate process fun and exciting. “There’s no doubt we’ll have some laughs along the way, it won’t be boring!” she exclaims.
In addition to being a Realtor, Glueckert is also a certified home stager. “I have a passion for design, which led me to get my home staging license.” Her love of design is also partially what led her to the real estate industry. “ I got into real estate because it marries my love for homes, architecture, design, and most of all helping people achieve their goals,” she explains. “Whether clients are buying their first home, a forever home, downsizing, or investing, it’s a big step. They’re writing a new chapter in their book and I love being a part of their story. Witnessing their excitement is one of the most rewarding feelings and that’s what drives me every day in this career.”
Glueckert’s free time is best enjoyed with family and friends. She enjoys working out, DIY projects, biking, shopping, reading, traveling and trying new restaurants around the city.
