While real estate has moments of stress and tension, Nick Chiaramonte, a Realtor at Northwest Real Estate Group, brings nerves of steel to his negotiations. He honed his sense of calm and purpose in his previous career, where he spent 12 years working in the medical field and as a paramedic. Now three years into his real estate career, this Edison Park native enjoys navigating what can be a stressful process, making sure his clients enjoy great communication and a seamless process either buying their dream homes or selling for top dollar.
“My clients know I’m always going to keep a positive attitude for them,” Chiaramonte says. “I’m not a pushy guy, but I’m direct and honest with them, and they appreciate that.” Laid back and friendly with his buyers and sellers, Chiaramonte seeks an overall positive experience for clients that secures referrals and repeat business.
In 2020, Chiaramonte’s sunny outlook kept things light despite the challenges of the pandemic. He also experienced the enormous joy of welcoming his baby girl Penelope into the world. “She lights up my world and fuels me to work hard,” he says of her influence on his life and work.
A sports and fitness fanatic, Chiaramonte aims for balance and wellness in his life so that he can be more effective and consistent in other areas of his life . “I’m a competitive person, and I pursue my personal and professional goals with the same fervor.” And that drive is winning him new customers and repeat business that increases by the day.
“I bring the same passion to my real estate career that I did to staying calm and focused as I worked with patients and provided the best possible care when I was in the medical field,” he says. “Every client deserves that.”
