Jenny Lim-Spiggos and Pete Mangione formed the JP Group after working in the same office for over seven years without saying a word to each other. After meeting at their company’s awards banquet, Mangione continually asked Lim-Spiggos to partner up — almost weekly. After six months of his pestering her, she finally gave in. Lim-Spiggos was also awarded the Crain’s Chicago Business 2021 Notable Residential Real Estate award for her tremendous work navigating transactions during the COVID 19 pandemic last year.
