Annie Sullivan, Realtor

Sweet Water Homes at Keller Williams North Shore West

Embracing an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age, Annie Sullivan was already working in real estate by the time she was in high school. Serving as an assistant to one of the top brokers in Illinois, Sullivan gained the hands-on experience and insight needed to launch her future. “It formed a foundation that you just can’t buy,” she says. “It also helped me recognize that there was a gap in the industry, and I believed I knew exactly what it took to not only make it in real estate, but to succeed as a market leader, and I have done so for the past five years in a row.”

This past year Sullivan expanded her team, which included bringing on a new agent, Brooke Byrne, to cover the southern Wisconsin market. “I want anyone who has the desire to purchase or sell to have the ability to reach out to me and make sure their experience is what I can personally guarantee — fun, well crafted, and overall SWEET” she says. “Our only goal is to make sure clients have the best experience possible. I believe that is why we are a heavy referred group — we just absolutely love our clients and they can feel that with the level of care we have towards them.”

From the prelisting appointment to the close of the sale, Sullivan is committed to setting realistic, timebound and tangible expectations for her clients. “This is crucial to a successful relationship,” she says. “Real estate changes year by year, so a client’s experience from previous years will likely not be the same as buying or selling in today’s market. Especially with Covid really shifting the market this year, it didn’t even come close to resembling any market we have previously gone through. Making sure buyers and sellers know what to expect is critical to accomplishing their goals.”

Throughout the year, you can find SWH Director of Joy, Denise, giving back to all the communities they service and client’s who are in need of some help. An animal advocate, Sullivan donates a portion of her team’s commission to a variety of rescue organizations and shelters.
