Getting her start in real estate more than 20 years ago, Clark began her career specializing in the commercial market, eventually extending her business to include residential transactions, bringing her knowledge and experience to another industry segment. She is intentional in all she does and works hard to gain her clients’ trust, making clear to them that their best interests are her only priority. Clark appreciates all that her career has given her. “I have formed lifelong relationships with my clients and my fellow Realtors that are very special,” she says.
Coming from a career in advertising and film production, Richardson draws on her rich experience of analysis, marketing, budgeting, scheduling and leadership. She has a keen eye for detail and truly loves getting to know her clients and helping them every step of the way.
In 2020, as a result of the pandemic, Clark and Richardson implemented new systems to handle the increased homebuying demand. Their efforts earned them recognition, placing them in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Chairman’s Circle Platinum level and ranking them among the top 1% of the company’s Realtors. So far 2021 has been a record setting year and they are looking forward to a lively fall market.
