Dynamic, outgoing, client-focused and motivated are just a few of the adjectives one might attribute to the Holley & Molly Team duo of Compass. Lifelong Wheaton residents, Holley Kedzior and Molly Korb joined forces four years ago as two driven real estate pros with a shared dream that became The Holley & Molly Team. Combining their backgrounds and clear vision for delivering unforgettable service to buyers and sellers, they maximize value through price strategies, beautiful staging and superior communication.
“We believe that interpersonal relationships, communication and networking, along with negotiation skills, are invaluable when it comes to real estate,” Kedzior and Korb say. Both have extensive backgrounds in other careers, including corporate recruiting, sales, interior design and elementary education, giving them unique and varied perspectives on how each buyer approaches the transaction process. “We’re able to talk with buyers and sellers about their needs and truly understand what their top priorities are,” the two say, “helping them navigate the process with ease and keeping our clients’ needs at the forefront.”
“Our clients find us to be very responsive to questions and concerns, and because we work as a team, our clients feel assured someone is always available to address their needs,” they report of common client feedback. “We understand this is the biggest investment of their lives, so we’re patient and do whatever is needed to make them feel knowledgeable, comfortable and confident in their decisions.” Now boasting an 80% client-referral rate and having ranked third in total volume of sales for the Wheaton area last year, they find that the humble three years they’ve spent building their business is paying big dividends.
“Seven months into our careers, we were nominated for Chicago Agent magazine Rookie of the Year Award, back in 2018,” Kedzior and Korb recount. “We also were recognized in our local office as the Rookie of the Year for 2018.”
“Client-focused, results-driven,” they say. “That’s our motto, always.”
