Creating an environment where buyers and sellers can collaborate and successfully navigate the market, Holly Connors brings her no-nonsense attitude to the real estate business.
For almost 20 years, Connors has worked tirelessly to create white-glove service that’s head and shoulders above the status quo. Her industry knowledge and level of involvement have created strong relationships and curated a referral-heavy client base.
She not only is a founding broker at @properties but also leads the GetBurbed team as its managing partner. “I have weathered many real estate storms,” she says. “And I use those experiences to grow and help everyone on our team be better at what we do on a daily basis.”
Known for her attentiveness, Connors applies a critical eye to every property, refusing to allow her clients to settle for anything less than the best. “Buyers and sellers do not want to be sold a home — they want to make quality, informed decisions,” she says, adding that she provides them with the information, data and local knowledge they need in order to do so.
Named among the top 1% of local brokers by the Chicago Association of Realtors, Trulia and Zillow, Connors continues to accrue industry accolades. In 2019, she was the top producing agent in @properties’ Arlington Heights office, selling $63 million in real estate.
Recognition aside, Connors says her biggest professional accomplishment last year was creating her current team. “I love our group of loyal, hardworking people,” she says. “We ‘get’ each other and really come from all walks of life. We love to laugh and find the fun in all things, and are happy to simply be around each other.”
Connors is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Realtors, CAR and the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce. She is also heavily involved in local educational issues, serving as a member of the ABC/25 Foundation and a PTA chairperson, and is a proud mother of two.
