Every morning, once Amir Fouad has made his coffee, he views all of the listings on the MLS that have sold as well as new listings that have hit the market in his downtown Chicago territory.
Fouad, a residential real estate broker with @properties, assists buyers and sellers of luxury condominiums in the city’s high-rises. “I take each building and study it as if I am back in school studying for my exams,” he says. “I learn every unit floor plan that building offers and what the average units sell for.” He does that for each building in different neighborhoods. “Eventually, you start breathing your local market,” he says, “therefore becoming the expert local broker for each neighborhood.”
Hard work, persistence and consistency have earned Fouad outstanding sales achievement awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors for the past four years. “I am thankful and appreciative every day,” he says. “It’s an honor.”
A member of the Top Agent Network, Fouad has used his market knowledge, strong negotiation skills and ability to consistently manage client expectations to achieve a high level of success during his eight years in the industry. “I have incredibly high expectations for myself and for everyone who works with me,” he says. “The client always comes first.”
Fouad starts off every client relationship by learning their specific goals and providing them with guidance to help them achieve their objectives. “I am always there to take their call and respond to their emails,” he says. “Through hard work, advocacy and innovative thinking, I keep clients happy and coming back.”
The way Fouad describes it, a career in real estate found him. “We fell in love,” he says. “And I decided to commit.” In terms of his personal life, he is happy to be planning a wedding with his true companion and starting an amazing new chapter in life together.
