United by a mutual passion to advocate for others, Brooke Sells Chicago comprises three dynamic women: Brooke Daitchman, Kristine M. Daley and Daryl Ceaser. Living in and studying the market in multiple Chicagoland areas, this group of expert negotiators knows every neighborhood’s flair intimately.

As a team, the three are able to seamlessly serve buyers, sellers and investors across the entirety of Greater Chicago in a way they could never do as solo practitioners. Individually, they each bring their varied backgrounds and skill sets to the table to help clients realize their real estate dreams.

With a passion for entrepreneurship sparked by her previous career in marketing for Jim Beam, Daitchman builds trust through her ever-present compassion, honesty and realistic point of view. Now having been in the real estate industry for 16 years, she’s especially proud of her recent success finishing a gut renovation on her own home, a project that also helps her offer real-world advice to clients.

Daley’s background is in historic preservation, and she’s helped homeowners rehab their homes and navigate the property tax freeze process. A Realtor since 2012, she’s been recognized as a top producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors and sits on the association’s Sustainability Work Group. She’s also on the board of directors of the Chicago Bungalow Association.

In her four years as an agent, Ceaser has differentiated herself from the typical broker by truly listening to her clients to understand their needs. Her background in social work and education continually guides her as she helps clients through major life transitions, and the fact that she’s lived abroad contributes to her ability to serve diverse groups and see multiple points of view in any situation. She enjoys functioning as a liaison to help clients navigate everything from mortgages to lining up home renovation contractors.
