With 15 years of real estate experience and over 1,200 closings under her belt, Alice Chin has seen it all. “I believe the one ability that has been the most instrumental to my success is grit, plain and simple,” says Chin, principal agent of The Alice Chin Team with Compass. A Naperville resident since 1991, Chin serves residential buyers and sellers, acting as her clients’ biggest advocate from the start of a transaction through its closing.

A former analyst and underwriter for JPMorgan Chase, Chin applies her financial background to the real estate industry, treating her clients to market insights and individualized investment strategies. “My mission is to create the perfect real estate experience for each and every client,” she says, noting that every transaction begins with a consultation and a clear overview of what’s to come so that everyone’s on the same page.

Leading a team of four agents and two administrative professionals, Chin is personally involved in every transaction. “Our team structure allows us to provide the level of service that we are known for, with each member of the team playing to their strengths,” she says.

Chin has ranked among the top 20 agents in both DuPage and Will counties for multiple years in a row and was named one of the top 100 in the state of Illinois in 2019 by America’s Best, published by Real Trends. “One of my mottos is that if you work hard in life, you will create your own success and abundance,” she says.

Outside of work, Chin loves to work out at Orangetheory Fitness, run Spartan races, and spend time with her husband and two children.
