Coming to the mortgage business in 1997 soon after graduating college, Serr has seen the market at its best and worst and learned to adapt to its ebbs and flows. Licensed in 24 states, she provides high-quality service to anyone regardless of their demographic or price point and ensures that each client is receiving the right product and best rate for them. “Whether they are buying their first home or a vacation home, upgrading or downsizing, sitting next to them at closing and feeling their excitement is the most rewarding part of my job,” she says.
A former corporate trainer in the telemarketing industry, Soroka is known for his honest and active communication style, never letting a call or email sit unanswered. “I am not afraid to lose a deal by telling people what they need to hear rather than what they may want to hear,” says Soroka, adding that, for him, success is not only about a completed transaction but also about his clients’ happiness. “I will lose money, sleep or personal time to help people, if the need arises. I work for the satisfaction of those I serve.”
Throughout his 15 years in mortgage lending, Danforth has worked with brokers, bankers, and financial institutions large and small, giving him a wealth of knowledge about the industry’s nuances and a talent for managing client expectations. “I haven’t had a loan denied for guideline or credit reasons in over four years, which confirms I understand the rules and am attentive to detail,” he explains. “I believe in a highly structured process to help clients understand what is required of them.”
