As a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Sloma has earned recognition for her ability to provide a comprehensive and elegantly refined buying and selling experience. The Chicago Association of Realtors has named her a top residential producer every year since 2010. She has also accumulated more than $250 million in total sales volume, which places her in the top 1 percent of all Chicagoland agents. But while numbers are important to Sloma, dedication and the embodiment of a client-first philosophy are her highest priorities when approaching each transaction. “Lots of people seem to think that closing a deal is the best part, but they’re wrong,” she says. “Nothing is better — more rewarding — than moving day and helping someone begin their life in the home they’ve been dreaming of.”
