Jenkins is a 15-year veteran of the Chicago residential real estate market and often draws from his background in personal training. “There are a lot of similarities between that profession and real estate, as both are primarily about helping people who have specific aspirations,” he says. “How you interact with clients and manage relationships and transactions is critical to your success because this is ultimately a people business.”

A self-described people person, Valerie Sancrainte is passionate about working with clients and forming relationships in an industry she loves. She is well versed in fashion, architecture and design and loves walking into a property with a client to help them see the potential of any new space. She often spends her free time volunteering and exploring Chicago’s architecture and museums.

Prior to real estate, Gary Reidy managed numerous political campaigns in Illinois on the city and state levels. He also has an extensive background in finance in his native Ireland. His ability to apply his vast management experience in financial planning, management consultancy and human resources provides his clients with the highest level of service and professionalism.

Dan Mercurio’s approach to real estate is a natural extension of his designer’s eye. He can see the potential of a raw space and appreciates the bones of a house. His background in luxury clothing and design, paired with his love of technology, is a perfect fit with the marketing approach Compass promotes.
