Cindi Sodolski, Residential Broker

Compass

A top producer since 2013, Cindi Sodolski will work around the clock to finalize a sale, navigating through every challenge and unexpected obstacle with ease and professionalism. Joining Compass’ flagship Chicago office in Lincoln Park in July 2018 after six years in the business, Sodolski comes equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the city’s residential market and its diverse neighborhoods.

With clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals interested in luxury properties to first-time buyers and sellers and everything in between, Sodolski is a Real Estate Negotiation Expert who’s eager to do everything it takes to make her clients’ goals a reality. “Being a Realtor has given me the opportunity to meet so many new people and assist them in moving on to a new path in life,” she says.

Her marketing and graphic design teams have been instrumental to her continued success. “Over the past year, I have learned so much from my colleagues at Compass,” explains Sodolski. “With the help of my marketing team, I debuted the first season of a video series called ‘Cindi in the City’ to showcase all the great attributes and features of different neighborhoods.”

Sodolski has received training from developmental therapists in order to provide design consulting for families with special needs children who may respond better to certain lighting, layouts and colors.

The Chicago Association of Realtors has regularly ranked her among its top 1 percent of producers and recognized her with its Gold, Silver and Bronze awards. She has also been featured on HGTV’s “House Hunters” twice and is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce, Northcenter Chamber of Commerce and Northern Illinois Home Builders Association.

Before real estate, Sodolski worked in medical equipment sales and owned an ultrasound technologist teaching and staffing firm. She supports the Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, Special Olympics, Autism Speaks, PAWS and Friends of Lane at Lane Tech College Prep.

Sodolski is also celebrating major milestones in her personal life, with her youngest son completing ninth grade and two of her triplets graduating from college. “My last triplet graduates this June from DePaul University,” she says. “Three colleges paid, one to go!”
