Linette Thompson has been a member of the real estate industry for 30 years, first in Southern California before returning to her hometown of Chicago. As a senior sales broker with Dream Town Realty, she works with sellers, buyers, investors and developers, as well as on complex estate sales and guardianships. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Home Staging Expert and Certified Feng Shui Specialist. She also has earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation.

Over the past three decades, Thompson has received numerous accolades, including recognition as one of Chicago Association of Realtors’ Top Producers and has been a frequent real estate expert on local radio programs like “This Mighty House” and “Sweet Home Chicago.”

“I’m committed to career development and training,” she says, adding that by participating in continuing education programs, she’s able to achieve greater success for her clients and grow her business through continued referrals and repeat customers.

Known for her efficiency, integrity and dedication, Thompson creates a comfortable dynamic for her clients to ask questions about the process. “Being able to listen to what my clients say and note what they leave out is fundamental to my success,” she says, explaining that she develops custom marketing plans with her customers so they can measure progress until closing is achieved.

In her spare time, Thompson enjoys volunteering at her daughter’s school.
