Izabela Sloma became a real estate agent to make people’s dreams come true, and as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty and president of Sloma Real Estate Group, she’s committed to leading every client to their perfect home. “If you’re looking to buy, sell or rent, I am here to help,” she says, adding that she has a wealth of experience working with builders and luxury homes. Sloma is a Luxury Market Specialist, Negotiation Expert and graduate of Jim Miller’s Take Flight course at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. “Each client is as important as the next, no matter the home,” she says.

Before earning her real estate license, Sloma worked in insurance and as a loan officer. “Both fields have helped me in real estate, but I wanted to be out there helping people and hustling,” she says regarding her decision to switch career paths. Since 2007, Sloma has closed over $200 million in sales, and in 2017, Sloma Real Estate Group placed among the top 15 of all Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty teams.

“My biggest business accomplishment has definitely been growing my team by four new female agents. Molly, my executive assistant and client coordinator, has really helped to keep me organized and to keep my clients happy” Sloma says. “Coaching my team and working together has added a whole new level to our business, and having a team only enhances the experience we can give to our clients.”

Sloma is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and Top Agent Network, as well as a supporter of Chicago Hopes for Kids and Pets for Vets’ Chicago Chapter.

This year, Sloma came to respect her time more than ever before. “Balance is extremely important,” she says, noting that her favorite things to do outside of work are spending time with her dog and exploring Chicago’s culinary scene with her friends.
