Jim Czeszewski leads an extraordinary team of brokers who together have over 60 years of real estate experience. They share an overwhelming passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals throughout the Chicagoland area. “I know our clients can feel that we always have their best interests at heart,” Czeszewski says. “We treat every transaction as if it were our own.” As a full-time broker for over 18 years, he has seen a range of market types and prides himself on his ability to advise both buyers and sellers to assist them in making educated decisions about real estate transactions. “This is one of the biggest financial decisions someone may undertake in a lifetime, and we take that responsibility very seriously,” he affirms.

Maryanne Ligmanowski brings over 30 years of industry experience to every project she undertakes. As an expert in all aspects of construction, she’s a valuable resource for clients—whether they’re preparing a home for the market, remodeling or building their dream home from the ground up. Outside of work, Ligmanowski embraces a holistic lifestyle, cherishes time with her family at their vacation home in Galena, and is a proud pet parent to all her beloved fur babies.

A resident of the Chicagoland area for over 22 years, Matthew Bowser (not pictured) has a longtime passion for design and architecture. His education and interest have given him a keen eye for detail, making him an expert in staging and space planning. “It’s that little extra touch that always makes a difference,” he says. With a vibrant and bubbly personality, Bowser enjoys connecting with his network and giving back by donating time to local causes and community events.

Regardless of price point, TeamJC is committed to providing concierge-level real estate services that reflect a reputation built upon integrity, empathy and trust.
