Dympna Fay-Hart, Broker

Century 21 Affiliated

Century 21 Affiliated

Dympna Fay-Hart has called Chicago home for her whole life, and as a loyal local, she shares her knowledge and love of the city’s 77 neighborhoods and its suburbs on a daily basis. As a broker with Century 21 Affiliated, Fay-Hart specializes in the residential market, working with buyers and sellers of all types to accommodate their needs regardless of price point. For 12 consecutive years, she has ranked as the top neighborhood Realtor in her geographic area, harnessing 25 years and over $300 million in sales worth of experience to best serve her customers.

“My ability to effectively multitask is integral to my success,” she says, adding that scheduling, time management, critical thinking and swift communication are just a few of the necessary skills needed in a top agent’s toolbox.

In 2017, Fay-Hart stayed within the Century 21 brand after her previous Century 21 McMullen office was acquired by another brokerage. Century 21 Affiliated offered Fay-Hart the position of vice president of agent and community relations. The company owns 113 offices in five states. “This role combines everything I love and have been doing for over two decades — creating, implementing and integrating philanthropic programs; coaching agents; and creating informative podcasts and events to help increase agent production and sales. The position is a perfect fit for me, and allows me to continue my sales career.”

Fay-Hart has earned numerous accolades throughout her career, including Century 21 International System’s Centurion, Double and Grand Centurion award and annual placement among Chicago magazine’s Five Star Realtors. She was also selected among 170,000 Century 21 domestic and international agents as the 48th inductee into the Century 21 International Hall of Fame.

Fay-Hart is a member of the 100 Club of Chicago, Edison Park Chamber of Commerce and Norwood Park Chamber of Commerce, and sits on four fundraising boards ranging from children with disabilities and special needs to her son’s private high school in Chicago. She is also the State Legislative contact for Illinois Realtors and a supporter of the Norwood Food Pantry.

When she’s not working, Fay-Hart enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and sharing her career with her husband, a successful real estate coach. “There’s never a ‘lull’ in the family dinner conversation,” she says. “If I’m not talking about selling homes, family events or travel plans, I’m honing my skills in new innovative marketing and sales techniques. When you love what you do, it never feels like work.”
