A VIP list for Pure, a new 13-story contemporary building in the West Loop by Chicago-based Sunrise Development, is currently forming on their Web site, and sales will begin early this year.

Located at 24 S. Morgan St., Pure features 75 condominiums in one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den and two-bedroom floor plans.
