Enclave at Liberty Lakes, Wauconda
Adding to their collection of single-family homes at Liberty Lakes in Wauconda, developer Town and Country Homes has introduced the Enclave at Liberty Lakes, a neighborhood of semi-custom homes on one-half-acre sites.
Priced from the $360,000s to the $430,000s, the Enclave at Liberty Lakes offers 11 homesites on a private cul-de-sac and features a collection of six floor plans, including a ranch and a first-floor master suite design. Homes range from 2,287 to 3,761 square feet in size and include and standard features such as large front porches, full-brick fronts, Corian kitchen countertops, 42-inch kitchen cabinets and full basements.
