On Nov. 17, the Lincoln Park Builders held its annual Real Estate Forum at Theater on the Lake. Since 1988, it’s been beloved tradition for the Chicago real estate community. With dinner and an open bar, this year’s event provided a fun networking opportunity for the top industry performers. The evening also featured an expert panel, moderated by Jim Jann, and Jeff Shapack, of Shapack Partners, was recognized as the 2022 Impact Award Winner.
