With only eight years of experience, Helen Oliveri has sold over 500 homes in her career. She is also the No. 1 agent for Keller Williams in the North Shore Region, and the No. 1 agent of the Mid-American Region and in the Top 100 of Keller Williams Realty International, which is comprised of over 85,000 agents. So far in 2011, Oliveri has already sold over 110-plus homes and counting. She is always “looking for better systems and tools to help both my clients and my team,” such as marketing initiatives, sales strategies, team-building skills and growth management solutions. “Our marketing methods are nontraditional, property specific and very effective,” she says.

Growth is Oliveri’s main focus for the future of her brand and business. “We will expand our company, provide opportunities for growth and create business plans to accommodate our growth, clients and success,” she says. She hopes that the efforts of her team will become nationally recognized. Coming from a family of teachers, Oliveri did not start out as a Realtor, but went into teaching and acting instead. When she finally entered the real estate field, she found it was a career she was passionate about. “Problem-solving, strategizing, negotiating, networking and helping people get to their goals is one of my passions,” she says.
