Mo Dadkhah doesn’t settle, and he doesn’t allow his clients to either. He knows that a home purchase is the biggest financial decision most people will make, and advocates for treating each transaction with the utmost care.
Dadkhah’s first forays into real estate were moves to supplement his income while he worked to grow his law firm. But those forays quickly turned into a full-fledged and successful real estate business and a real estate brokerage, which now serves the entire Chicagoland market.
He has found success in both businesses and is now the proud owner of a growing law firm focusing primarily on real estate law, as well as his real estate brokerage. In just three years, the brokerage has become one of the fastest-growing in Chicago, and now employs more than 60 agents. Dadkhah says that watching his agents hit their goals is by far his biggest business accomplishment. “Being able to teach them has in turn helped me grow myself. My most important job is to coach and train our brokers. The more they succeed, the more that I have succeeded.”
Dadkhah is available to renters, buyers, sellers, investors and luxury clients alike. “I do not believe in only working with one kind of client. Everyone I work with gets the same attention to detail, no matter their price point,” he says.
In his spare time, Dadkhah enjoys spending time with his family and racing cars, a sport he has just recently been able to get back into. “For many years I had to step away from the sport I have a large passion for because of work. To be able to accomplish that for myself again after many years of not being able to felt great.” He is also an active member of Main Street Cares, an organization launched by his real estate group, which donates time and resources to different charities throughout the year.
