Vice President, Regional Production
Branch Manager (Schaumburg)
Regional Renovations Sales Manager (Schaumburg)
Branch Manager (Lisle)
Mary Bane’s philosophy about working in the mortgage industry is “stay calm and move forward,” and she would know. As the vice president of regional production at loanDepot, and with 20 years of experience behind her, Bane has an impressive track record of success. Within the last year, she grew the loanDepot brand across the Midwest from the very first hire to a total of 200 employees.
Bane has brought on Joe Perry, Jose Valdovinos and Brian Buchanan as members of loanDepot’s Midwest family, with Perry and Valdovinos in Schaumburg and Buchanan in Lisle.
As the Branch Manager at the Schaumburg office, which specializes in first-time homebuyers and renovation lending, Perry led his team to qualify for loanDepot’s impressive President’s Club. With 27 years of real estate experience, Perry is a member of the Illinois Resident Mortgage Board and both he and Valdovinos are part of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the Asian Real Estate Association of America.
Buchanan is no stranger to the real estate industry, having 23 years of experience under his belt. Within the first year of becoming Lisle’s branch manager, he grew his team from just three loan officers to more than 30, and in 2016 he qualified for the President’s Club.
Valdovinos, the regional renovations sales manager, is also a longtime industry veteran with two decades of experience. Still, he would say that one of his biggest business accomplishments of the year was “getting very uncomfortable” in order to reach and stretch his goals. “This new role challenges me daily to think outside of the box, find amazing new talent to join our mission and contribute in ways that helps others meet their own personal and professional goals,” he says. Whether it’s a standard loan or a family of six that needs the assistance of a credit repair plan, this diverse and talented team always finds the best solutions for its clients.
