Baird & Warner
One of broker Jill Clark’s favorite quotes is one by Audrey Hepburn about inner beauty: “The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides.” Clark, real estate broker for Baird & Warner, finds the beauty in each home and showcases its unique qualities to buyers. An industry veteran who previously was Estee Lauder’s vice president of sales, Clark has an eye for fine details, style and design. “My background with fashion and beauty blends well with my success in real estate,” she said.
Clark’s brand, Jill Clark Homes, works with fine homes and luxury properties. She just launched her new website with her theme, ONE. In order to be irreplaceable, ONE must always be different. Exquisite luxury sofas are partnered with Sophisticated Fashion Models and textures with topic headliners: Professional, Luxe, Results, Competitor, Victory. Her clients often note her effective marketing and detail-oriented approach. She is great at picking up the phone and selling their homes before they even hit the market. “I make sure their home is positioned to sell and get them more for their bottom line, more than any other competitor can,” she says. I am extremely tenacious.” In 2016, she had the highest sales volume, highest residential sales, and highest condo sale for a Naperville agent in Will County. At Baird & Warner, Jill Clark is the No. 1 highest Average Sale in Naperville for 2016.
Clark’s accolades also include earning the Five Star Professional award for Top West Suburban Agent, ranking among the top 1 percent of Baird & Warner Realtors, and induction into Baird & Warner’s Founder’s Club. Clark said her biggest accomplishments this past year were launching her new website, using her social media savvy and growing her team. “I continue to find great, talented members to add to my already talented team of experts who help me build my business,” she said.
In Clark’s free time, she is involved in volunteering, sports and various organizations. She is a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Guild and is a former board member of the White Eagle Golf Club.
