Monique Pieron is a perfectionist when it comes to fulfilling her clients’ real estate goals. A trained customer service expert, Pieron’s numerous honors over her 20 years in the profession speak to her ability to connect with buyers and sellers through high-touch, attentive interactions. She has personally sold more than half a billion dollars’ worth of real estate, and the Chicago Association of Realtors perennially ranks her among its top 1 percent of producers. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group has also honored her with its Leading Edge Society, Chairman’s Circle and President’s Circle awards. “I’m results-oriented because I owe my best to people who trust me to help them make one of the most important decisions in their life,” she says.

Pieron’s career began in customer service. She was an international flight attendant before moving on to work as a retail manager. In that role she developed her sophisticated problem-solving skills and learned how to manage clients to understand their needs. Her first condo purchase was her introduction to the real estate profession. Today she works with first-time buyers, corporate CEOs, investors and developers. She makes certain those looking to buy get the best price, and helps sellers effectively market their home for the highest return. Her extensive knowledge of Chicago and its diverse communities makes her the go-to agent for market expertise. Some of her listings received the highest price per square foot for sales in multiple buildings throughout the city, and even achieved new highs in East Lincoln Park.

While she has enjoyed significant success as an independent broker, Pieron recently established a team of agents who work collaboratively to meet Chicagoans’ real estate objectives. “I’m so inspired by the Realtors I’m partnering with and it’s a wonderful opportunity to share what I’ve learned over the years with newcomers to the profession,” she says. “Their positive energy is uplifting and makes my career even more exciting!”

A member of the National and Chicago Associations of Realtors, Fine Homes International and president of Women in Networking, Pieron looks to her family for daily inspiration, especially her children. “They’re wise beyond their years, and they make me a better person,” she says. Pieron’s success extends to her life outside of work. Her motto is: “Always be authentic, and love what you do and who you are. If you don’t, then change, because life is short!”
