A native Nebraskan and graduate of the University of Nebraska-Kearney, Miller grew up in a family of builders and developers. Although his career immediately following college was in the call center management/customer service industry working with clients like American Express and Costco, it was simply a precursor to what would later become a highly successful real estate career. Armed with the communication and client relationship skills that this job helped him acquire, Miller eventually transitioned to real estate when the Chicago condominium developer who had sold him his home recruited him to his sales team.

Miller’s past experiences combined beautifully when he started in his role as Managing Broker over two years ago. His more than 25 years in both industries honed his customer service, marketing, sales, training, coaching and management skills. He shares the winning strategies that garnered him accolades as a top producer listed among Chicago’s top 1 percent of Realtors with the brokers he supports, coaches and mentors. “My reputation in the business is as a hands-on Managing Broker who recruits and coaches top talent,” he says.
