With 18-plus years of experience buying and selling Lake County properties, Anna is an expert negotiator who understands the needs of both the first-time buyer and the seasoned homeowner.

Anna’s unwavering commitment to her clients reflects her passion for the industry and goes beyond simply putting a transaction together. Anna has called Lake County home since 1993 and strives to create meaningful connections with its residents by helping them fulfill their real estate needs and goals. Anna’s resume is nothing short of impressive. In 1997, she earned the “Rookie of the Year” honor and was named its “Most Improved Agent” in 1999 only to later receive its Lifetime Achievement Award in a very short time.

By 2013, Anna’s success had skyrocketed to over $20 million in closed transactions, earning her the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award. 2014 was another Chairman’s Club year with well over $20 million in closed transactions. Despite those and other stellar accolades, Anna’s primary focus is the people she serves rather than the recognition she receives. “I truly care about my clients and treat each real estate transaction as if it were my own,” she says, which is why she is committed to continuing education. As she explains, “I study market trends and home sales in the areas I work in so that I have the information I need to price homes correctly in this ever-changing market.”

Anna’s awe-inspiring 13 real estate designations further exemplify her passion to learn as much as she can to best serve her clients. These include Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) certifications. As a result of her training, Anna is extremely capable of buying and selling for anyone and notes that she has successfully helped people with budgets ranging from $100,000 to well over $1 million.

A native of Poland, Anna says the lessons she learned about building relationships while growing up in her family’s business have proven invaluable. So much so, in fact, that she sold more than 90 homes last year and was named a Top 10 Individual Agent in RE/MAX Northern Illinois as well as one of Lake County’s Top 20 Producing Agents.

While she appreciates the potential her career offers to map her own destiny, Anna places even more value on the chance to make lasting relationships. Forever the optimist, life, she says, is what one makes of it. “I focus my attention and energy on my commitment to my clients and my family. You get the most in life by giving first and then waiting for the magic to happen!”
