The Lincoln Park Builders of Chicago invited guests to The Chicago Real Estate Forum 2010. The evening began with a welcome address by President Jim Jann, and was followed by the presentation of the IMPACT Award to Michael Chioros of Chioros Properties. A panel discussion followed, and the evening continued with dinner and cocktails. The panel was moderated by Bryan Pritchard of TriCap Chicago and featured Alderman Tom Tunney, 44th Ward; John Pasca, JMB Financial Adivsors; Frank Campise, JAB Real Estate Opportunity Funds; Keith Lord, The Lord Companies; Harry Huzenis, Jameson; and Jean Dufresne, Space Architects & Planners.
