Rick Lang has been named as the first chief operating officer of Gateless: a new mortgage technology company which utilizes artificial intelligence.

Craig Hogan is joining the luxury real estate auction firm Supreme Auctions as vice president of global business development. After 25 years of luxury real estate experience, Hogan is excited to increase the global presence of Supreme Auctions.

Dina Lissner has been named to serve as sales manager of Baird & Warner’s new office in downtown Highland Park.

Frank Martinez recently closed on the largest deal in the South Shore since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic with a six-building, 237-unit complex for $17.05 million.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago has promoted Luke Mutter to the position of assistant managing broker.

Mutter currently serves as a director of the North-Shore Barrington Board of Realtors (NSBAR) and was named a 2018 Rising Star by Berkshire Hathaway HomesServices and 2018 Rookie of the Year by the North-Shore Barrington Board of Realtors (NSBAR).

Mutter began his career in management consulting, but changed careers to build a successful real estate career in a few years. Having moved 15 times in 25 years, Mutter understands the needs of relocating families. Mutter does everything in-house with his lending, title and home insurance team.
