Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago has promoted Luke Mutter to the position of assistant managing broker.

Mutter currently serves as a director of the North-Shore Barrington Board of Realtors (NSBAR) and was named a 2018 Rising Star by Berkshire Hathaway HomesServices and 2018 Rookie of the Year by the North-Shore Barrington Board of Realtors (NSBAR).

“Luke is a terrific addition to our management team. In a short time, he has built a very successful career and has emerged as a natural leader in our office,” Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago President Mark Pasquesi said in a press release. “He is highly regarded by agents for his knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to bring people together. In this expanded role, he can directly support our brokers and help them create exceptional homeownership experiences at life-changing moments.”

Mutter began his career in management consulting, but changed careers to build a successful real estate career in a few years. Having moved 15 times in 25 years, Mutter understands the needs of relocating families. Mutter does everything in-house with his lending, title and home insurance team.

“I am excited to have a bigger role in providing the support, coaching and connection that makes Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago a special place to be,” Mutter said in the press release. “Being surrounded by great people can define a career and help prepare you for anything. Our office has a brilliant culture, and I’m looking forward to building on that.”
